First things first, we ship it to you with the ut most care. Some items are trickier and larger (and sometimes even custom-made!) so shipping times may vary. Usually, however, we ship within one week. Rest assured we'll keep you updated with progress and ship it to you as soon as we possibly can while ensuring it's packaged correctly.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?We hope you won't want to but of course you can. Just make sure you do it within 10 days of arrival as long as they are undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Contact us at email@example.com and note your order number. We'll get it all straightened out for you.
